Cinema Village Welcomes Award-Winning Short Film FIX

Winning Best Short Film at the New York International Film Festival, Best Producer at the Oniros Film Awards, and Official Selections at The Hollywood First-Time Filmmaker Showcase, New York Short Film Festival, and 4theatre Selection, respectively, the Indie short film “FIX” produced by Soukaina Alaoui El Hassani has started its festival run this October with a bang.

LEADING this Rom-COM is Soukaina Alaoui El Hassani who attempts to usher the telenovela genre into the 21st century.

Amid the isolating throes of a pandemic, what happens when two sisters who live together, find out that they may be dating the same guy? The film was produced by Soukaina Alaoui El Hassani and directed by Taha Aziz. The crew included the talented Anika Guttormson as the gaffer and Nicole Majewski as the sound operator. Keep an eye out for the release of this film.
